e-Invoicing Platform

The Complete Enterprise e-Invoicing Platform

Automate, validate, deliver, and archive every invoice in one secure, cloud-native platform built for Oman and GCC compliance requirements.

One platform for the complete invoice lifecycle

Businesses across Oman and the GCC face growing pressure to digitize invoicing, meet regulatory requirements, and protect sensitive financial data — all without disrupting day-to-day operations. HCT Victorin's e-Invoicing platform addresses all three. It handles invoice generation, compliance validation against Oman's Fawtara e-invoicing mandate, secure exchange over the Peppol network, and ten-year digital archival in a single integrated environment. Delivered as a fully managed cloud service, it integrates with your existing ERP, accounting, and finance systems, and is available directly through HCT Victorin or via our partner Cleovici.

e-Invoicing platform overview

How the platform works

1

Generate

Create fully compliant electronic invoices manually through the web interface, in batch from structured uploads, or automatically via API and ERP integration — at any volume, with zero manual intervention.

2

Validate

Every invoice is automatically checked against current regulatory data and formatting requirements before issuance, catching errors before they cause rejections, disputes, or compliance exposure.

3

Deliver

Validated invoices are exchanged securely over the Peppol network and, where the Oman Tax Authority requires it, cleared through Fawtara in real time before reaching your counterparty.

4

Archive

Every issued invoice is stored in a tamper-evident, encrypted archive for the full ten-year retention period required under Article 70 of Oman's VAT Law — searchable and audit-ready whenever you need it.

Oman Fawtara

Built for Oman's Fawtara e-invoicing mandate

The Oman Tax Authority (OTA) is rolling out Fawtara, the national e-invoicing mandate, on the Peppol 5-corner model using the PINT Oman specification. HCT Victorin generates invoices in the required UBL 2.1 XML and PDF/A-3 formats, connects to the Peppol network for clearance and exchange, and retains every document for the ten-year period required under Article 70 of Oman's VAT Law. Our built-in compliance engine tracks each rollout phase and updates validation rules automatically — so your business is ready ahead of its deadline, not scrambling at it.

The Fawtara rollout timeline

1

Phase 1

August 2026

The first wave of large VAT-registered businesses selected by the OTA begins mandatory B2B e-invoicing.

2

Phase 2

February 2027

The mandate extends to all remaining large VAT-registered businesses.

3

Phase 3

August 2027

All other VAT-registered taxpayers are brought into scope, toward full national coverage by 2028.

Dates reflect the OTA's published rollout plan and may be adjusted by the authority. HCT Victorin tracks every change so your configuration stays current.
